Fae’s Anatomy: Washington Medical: Vampire Ward, Book 2

This character-driven adult PNR deals with the themes of responsibility, moral ethics, sacrifice and what it means to be "human". Ms Klasky has written characters that are both likable and awful, who grow and change as necessary to become the heros or villains they need to be to make this story work. Her setting is an enchanting world just slightly left of our own that hides in plain sight while keeping its own secrets. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this story that is both light and deep at the same time. I look forward to reading more from this author. -shoshanahlila

Fae’s Anatomy Book 2 Washington Medical As usual with,Mindy Klasky writes a novel that is funny but suspenseful. In this case she has mixed up different kinds of supernatural creatures (a Fae and a Vampire) to provide a new spin on magic relationships. This may be going to be a feature of the Washington Medical Series as Book one involved a witch and a vampire. This overturns your normal expectations of relationships in a good way. I found the characters a bit undeveloped and simplistic but it is mean to be a light hearted read. Also I prefer a bit of UST before they get round to sleeping together but these sections are handled in sexy way without being too coy or too detailed. As usual I am waiting eagerly to see what the next book will contain. This review was of an ARC

I love this author! Lovable, memorable, supernatural characters set in the fun, familiar world of Mindy Klasky’s Washington DC. This book made me smile, laugh and fall in love with new characters. Sure to be a crowd pleaser and a best seller!
